Conditions of adoption
- The animal will be well cared for and well fed at all times.
- If the animal becomes ill, a veterinarian will be called upon to help.
- The animal will never be badly treated neither physically or mentaly.
- The animal will not live attached on a chain.
- The animal will not be given to someone or sold without prior authorization of the association.
- The association cannot be held responsable for either deformation visible or un-visible of the animal.
- If the animal should not fit your needs, it is imperative that it should be returned to the association within 15 days following the adoption.
- The association reserves the right, in the interest of the animal, to inform about the welfare of the animal.
- The association reserves the right to take the animal back, if it turns out that the undersigned does not meet the above mentioned conditions. The association is not liable for costs of adoption or costs incurred so far by the undersigned.
- If the animal has not been sterilized at the moment of adoption, the undersigned will take the necessary steps to sterilize the animal (as of six months).
- The association recommends that the animal is identifiable by chip, dogtag, etc. (Chip is compulsory in France)
